FREE DELIVERY to OREGON and WASHINGTON and CALIFORNIA with minimum order of $200.00. If your order qualifies for Free Freight you will automatically be given the "Free Shipping" option during the final phase of order processing. Just select the "Free Shipping" option, it's that easy! We offer shipping rebates to most areas depending on quantity ordered. Please call us at 1-877-476-6673 to discuss shipping rebate offers.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday through Thursday via UPS ground service. We only apply actual UPS charges and never a handling or service fee, F.O.B. Vancouver, WA. Every effort will be made to ship orders complete. No back orders, please reorder out of stock items.

In the event an incorrect address is entered, UPS charges redirect fees which will then be charged to the customer on the credit card used for the original order. Please enter addresses and zip codes carefully.

We have a temperature controlled warehouse and ship all products in a non-frozen condition. However, UPS trucks and warehouses are not temperature controlled and freezing can occur. Please order at your own risk during potential months of freezing weather as we are not responsible for product alterations due to freezing weather. If frozen, most shampoos and conditioners will thaw out and be resuable with effective results.

*PLEASE NOTE* Free Shipping does NOT apply to Dryers, Tubs, Tables, and Kennels. Freight charges will be added manually to any order containing a dryer, tub, cage, or kennel that qualified for "FREE SHIPPING". If the total of the order excluding the dryer, tub, cage, or kennel still qualifies for Free Shipping, the UPS charges will be calculated and charged for the products excluded from the free shipping policy. The remainder of the order will be sent FREIGHT FREE.


VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express accepted. All unpaid invoices will be forwarded to collections and will incur additional fees.

Damages & Returns

Damages and shortages must be reported to UPS driver at time of delivery. All returns must be pre-authorized and are shipped prepaid by customer within 30 days of purchase date. An e-store credit (no refunds) will be assigned upon return approval. Dryers, BathMasters, Scissors, and Clippers must be returned to the manufacturer directly so that they can expertly determine the nature of dissatisfaction. The manufacturer will either repair or replace the Dryer, BathMaster, Scissors, or Clipper upon determining validity of defect. The costs of a #10 blade will be charged or deducted from authorized credits from all clippers returned without original #10 blade.
